About
My love of fitness began when I almost
died at 12 years old. One doctor told my parents I wouldn’t have
much of a life and if lucky, would live to 30. Another doctor told
my parents the way to get my life back was through building myself
up and working out. Luckily, we chose that doctor’s advice.
I worked out and built myself up and 25 years ago, I became a
Certified Personal Trainer. I have worked in the fitness industry in
many capacities including sales, management, personal trainer and
aerobics trainer.
I know that you can truly change your life, even reverse potentially
life-threatening health issues, through a lifestyle system that
incorporates healthy eating with exercise.
