While I know many of you have probably
tried many diets, and those diets have failed. I also realize you
have probably never experienced a lifestyle change that will get you
the desired results and keep you there for life. Here are some
frequent questions I’ve received. As questions come up, please feel

Can my teenager follow this weight loss plan?
The low-glycemic way of eating is a healthy plan for your entire
family, and all will benefit from making this a way of life.
Do I have to eat packaged meals?
We do have prepared meals available that are wonderful choices
when you are busy, tired or traveling, but keep in mind, they taste
so great that you may want to eat them regularly. But this system is
based on low-glycemic eating, and those foods can easily be
purchased at grocery stores and produce stands where you regularly
shop.
How long does this diet last?
This isn’t a diet, this is a lifestyle. You will enjoy eating
this way and will feel so good that you will see it is a good system
for life.
Will I ever be able to have a treat again?
This system does allow for an occasional “cheat.” Keep in mind
that occasional doesn’t mean every day! The key is to follow the
system closely while going through your 12-week program to optimize
the results of the system. We teach you how to incorporate
mid-glycemic foods and the occasional cheat as well.
